Night in the Country

             The Northwestern Recreation Commission is hosting their 12^th Annual “Night in the Country” on Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Rain date is Sunday August 21, 2010. Fun is planned for all. A live country band, car cruise, D J, Chinese auction, bingo, etc., plus great food and activities. To end the evening, a fireworks display is planned. Admission donation is $3.00 for adults and $2.00 for children under 12.

            We would like to take this opportunity to invite your organization, booster clubs, churches, etc. to be a part of this night. It is really nice to see the community organizations participate in this event; and a fun way to earn a little extra money for your favorite group.   Donations and items for the Chinese Auction are also needed and appreciated.  Please call Janice Bortz at 484-330-0550 or email at wmjb75@yahoo.com.

             We are always in need of volunteers for this event. A little time or a lot of time to give is appreciated.
